Indonesian seafood soup



@ingredients:

300 grams large prawns
200 grams of squid
300 grams of minced meat snapper
2 eggs
4 medium potatoes

4 siung bawang putih
1 buah jeruk nipis, diambil airnya
50 gram soun (rendam sebentar)
Garam secukupnya
Merica secukupnya

@CARA MEMBUAT SUP SEAFOOD:

1. Cucilah cumi dan potong seperti irisan dadu.
2. Kentang dicuci dan dipotong berbentuk bunga.
3. Campur daging kakap dengan garam, merica, maizena, telur,    rebung, aduk rata kemudian goreng hingga berwarna kemerah-   merahan.
4. Rebuslah kaldu dengan bawang putih, bakso gorenq, udang dan    cumi. Masukkan pula air jeruk.
5. Masukkan kentang, soun, dan jamur. Masak hingga se mua    matang.
6. Menjelang angkat, masukkan tahu sutera.
